Well at Vi-VA, we’re all about bespoke solutions so give us a small amount of time upfront to learn your inbox dos and don’ts then we’ll use our system as a basis for getting you to Inbox Zero and keeping you there!

 

And if you think well that sounds great but you just don’t have the time right now to sort it out, it can be as little 10 minutes a day for a period. Or why not invest in your wellbeing, bite the bullet and do it in one chunk – we’re VAs, we’re very flexible!

 

Or if you’re cringing at the thought of showing anyone your inbox and how large it’s grown, don’t worry! We’ve seen it all before and we’re only ever interested in helping improve things.

What can I expect form the Inbox Zero service?

 

We’ll spend some initial time learning your inbox – your preferences, typical replies, who you want to hear from and who you don’t. Then we’ll set you up for a future of Inbox Zero – using filters, creating standard responses, unsubscribing, auto-forwarding and archiving amongst other techniques.

 

Then we’ll keep you there – handling day to day emails and freeing up your time to concentrate on your core business.

 

 

I’m not sure how I feel about someone else answering my emails for me

 

We understand this is a big jump if you’ve always done this yourself but we’re happy to work with you until you feel fully comfortable about this.  If you choose the Surge package, we can work with standard responses or draft the emails and you can check them initially until you are used to it.

 

We have vast experience of managing inboxes for clients so we’re confident you’ll be happy with the package once you’ve spent the initial time working with us to show us what you need.

 

 

My business style is far from standard – do you really offer a bespoke service?

 

Yes, we do. We have an underlying system that we use but we’ve built our business on offering flexible and tailored support, so we treat every new client as the individual they are.

 

We’re always looking to work with clients to build a long term working relationship, so we make sure we listen and give them the service they need.

 

 

Will I need to swap to a different email system?

 

If you’re not already using Gmail, we will move you over to this system as we’ve found from years of experience that it’s way ahead of the others. This doesn’t mean any change to your email addresses though – we’ll just use it to manage the emails.

 

 

How do I manage my tasks if you’re telling me not to use my inbox as a To Do list?

 

We’ve tried out lots of To Do list software over the years so we’ll help you find the right solution for you. By keeping all your tasks away from your emails and date ordered so you never miss a deadline, we’re confident you’ll soon realise your inbox wasn’t working as well as you thought!

 

 

What happens when I’m away or in a meeting?

 

 

You can relax knowing your inbox is covered. If it’s non-urgent, we’ll take care of it but if you’re waiting for something important, we’ll always get in touch as required and text/call you once it arrives. No more wasting whole days waiting for someone else to get in touch – you can carry on with your day, safe in the knowledge that nothing will be missed.

The REVIVE package: £350 upfront then £50/week
The SURGE package: £350 upfront then £125/week

 

 

What is the difference between the ‘Revive’ and the ‘Surge’ package?

 

The Revive package and the Surge package organises your emails, ready for you to pick up the urgent ones and reply.  The Surge package gives the same benefits as the Revive package plus it includes us replying to your emails on your behalf.
